Event information on ThingsToDC is aggregated from public sources including DC Public Library, the Smithsonian Institution, Ticketmaster, and the National Park Service. Events may be cancelled, postponed, or have incorrect details. Always confirm with the venue or organizer before attending. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but make no guarantees.
3. User submissions
When you submit a place or event through /submit:
- You represent that you have the right to share the information you're submitting.
- You grant Dominari LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to display, modify, or remove the submission.
- We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission for any reason without notice.
4. Third-party links
ThingsToDC links to third-party ticket sellers, venue websites, and event platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. Ticket purchases are transactions between you and the respective platform; Dominari LLC is not a party to those transactions.
5. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that event information will always be accurate or current.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dominari LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any event you attend based on information found here. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is the amount you paid to use this site, which is zero.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division.
